New Business:

1.       Vicki Hamilton stated that at the August clerical inservice it was mentioned that there was a possibility of a three strike you’re out policy regarding SAP.  It was stated that there are too many mistakes being made .  The clerk would be notified to attend training and if the mistakes were made again the security clearance for SAP budget would be revoked.  We will keep an eye on this.  Isn’t this discipline?

Motion to adjourn was made by Ivy Dumas at 3:30 p.m. and seconded by Vicki Hamilton.  Motion passed and meeting adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

Pam Durand, Secretary
